About The Event

Set the intention and calm your mind.

Anca and I will introduce, explain purpose of today's mediation followed by a guided mindfulness meditation.

Then you will be connected in one-on-one conversation in breakout rooms.

All the participants will be paired in random so, you will get a chance to meet new interesting people.

You will have mindful conversation by practicing listening and clear understanding skills.

This will give an opportunity to practice talking to anyone, connecting to anyone.
