About The Event
Set the intention and calm your mind.
Then you will be connected in one-on-one conversation in breakout rooms.
All the participants will be paired in random so, you will get a chance to meet new interesting people.
You will have mindful conversation by practicing listening and clear understanding skills.
This will give an opportunity to practice talking to anyone, connecting to anyone.
Expand and enrich your network.

Agenda: Total 30 minutes.
5 minutes purpose and introduction of guided mediation by Ravi or Anca.
5 minutes guided mediation by Ravi or Anca.
15 minutes :
All participants will be divided in to break out room.
There will be two people in each room, person A and person B.
2 Minutes : Introduction.
6 seconds mindfulness.
3 Minutes : Person A speaks, person B listens with full attention. A suggested prompt will be given.
1 Minutes : Person B loops back with saying , "what I heard you say is"
6 seconds mindfulness.
3 Minutes : Person B speaks, person A listens with full attention. A suggested prompt will be given.

Entire groups comes back. Each person shares their intention in one or two words.
2 minutes : Connecting to the intention - Guided meditation
